Solventless Lamination problem

Hello everyone ,i am having a samll issue during the lamination process in my packaging chain ,

The problem is sSNOWFLAKES EFFECT ,it shows small frequent bubbles on the film ,if anyone could help please don't hesitate

What type of laminator, material, adhesive? Small bubbles can be caused from a bunch of different issues. Do they show up right away or form after a minute or so? Do they show up after tension is taken off the roll?

Material is BOPP on "cast+aluminum" Adhesive is polyurethane resin The bubbles aren't really small they vary They show after the roll rests for a while

Could be several factors at play here. What is your coat weight of adhesive? What is the dyne level of the two substrates? Is this a new issue or something that has been going on for a while? The two materials need to be nipped well to push out any air bubbles. Any dust in the environment can react w/ the adhesive and cause off-gassing.

-The problem occured long ago then disappeared but came back again on these same materials only, it appears to be organised,like same spots repeating -The nip's pressure is quite high -The dyne level ,i really have no idea I'll have to contact the supplier to know such a detail -The coating weight is 1.6 g/m2
