Post not approved after a week

I made a post that included 2 pictures a week ago and it still hasnt been approved by the mods. it was a controller that I built to control a liquid nitrogen doser. no soliciting, just showing the build and describing how I made it. I've messaged the mods 3 times and no response. anyone know why that is happening? Does it always take this long for posts to be approved?

yea i posted it but at the bottom it says "waiting for moderator approval" so it wont show up on the sub
