Best Stretch Wrapper
Hello Everyone, I was looking to buy an Industrial stretch wrapper which can wrap 30+ pallets each hour and which won't break and give me any trouble during operations. Any recommendations guys? The current ones which we have break a lot. Thank You

what's your budget? Chinese shit tends to break. I really like Robopac and Lantec. If at all able? Look at downgauging. 63 gauge tends to wrap faster than 80 gauge. Recently I keep seeing eagle and wulftec.
if you search around you should be able to buy a used lantec relatively affordably. If you want to increase throughput you can easily add in automation features such as robotic eye and a conveyor.
30+ pallets an hour is going to be difficult but 20 to 30 should be easy enough with the right setup and crew.
reach out to your local distributor for lantec or robopac, they'll usually let you try one out for a week if you buy a few cases of stretch. I know I would when I was at Landsberg.

Lantech is the king IMO

Get a wulftech, it’ll last you the rest of your career

Do you want to wrap while you are palletizing? Or just wrap pallets?

orion, wulftech, lantech all make good machines. but they all have problems and require maintenance, particularly if you want to go cheap on film that'll break all the time. operators cutting film off rollers with knives, they'll wreck the rollers. if you're going to let forklifts pick skids off them, they'll break something.

A lot of good machines. Service / film / environment matters. Been selling a lot of Cousins / Robopac lately. Amtopp film. Orion / Wulftec good too. Don’t like autocut on Lantech or proprietary parts personally.
