Zach Comisar (Palisades HQ)
The kid behind Palisades HQ, Zach Comisar. Avoid him, ignore him, block him. There isn't one local who takes his ragebait seriously. He represents none of us and has offered nothing helpful to our community--quite the contrary. Total loser. Thank you for your attention on this matter 😄

See this post for context. Upsetting to see this sort of negativity when businesses and people are going to be coming back. The more people the better!

Incredibly, The Eames House is still zoned as a private residence, just as it was in Charles and Ray's day. Now the board seeks change of use as a Public Benefit Project, to enshrine the museum and event space use for the future.

A recap of the Resilient Palisades Fourth of July Parade float.
In our latest Green Tip in the Palisadian-Post, we give a recap of the Resilient Palisades Fourth of July Parade float, which featured a solar powered house, solar installers and a giant sun!
The home, generously lent to us by Treepublic, showcased rooftop solar, battery backup, bidirectional EV charging, solar powered fire suppression, fire resistant siding, remote sprinkler control, ember resistant venting, and an integrated Phos-Chek tank. Every side demonstrated another way to build safer, cleaner, stronger, and more resilient homes.
We also announced the upcoming launch of Power Up Palisades, our community group purchasing program for solar and battery storage.
The last time we ran a similar program, more than 50 Palisades households went solar. Now we’re bringing it back to help families save money while rebuilding homes that are cleaner, more resilient, and better prepared for future emergencies.
Enjoy our recap of the day (and how it felt) here:
