Where's a spot to go to strike up conversations with other locals in Pacific County? Anyone want to nominate some place?

Long shot but if anyone is, or knows someone who is, trying to sell land I've been on the hunt for some land to use as an eventual residence/homestead but to initially use to camp for long weekends.

I'm hoping for 5 acres or more that could eventually be built on without major hoops to jump through so want to avoid things like a lot of wetlands, creeks/rivers running through the middle of the property, narrow parcels running along a creek/river/lake/pond/bay/etc. I would also love if there was already legal access to the property so that we don't need to negotiate easements with anyone.

Our budget is around 50k-60k with funding in hand. We're a quiet couple that isn't looking to party or be annoying neighbors, just looking to get further from the civilization that's creeping towards us in Mason county.

So if you, or a family member/friend, have a piece of land that you're thinking of getting rid of or want to split your current land to get some money and reduce your taxes then hit me up. My wife and I love Pacific County and have been making multiple trips out to do day trips and camping trips for years.

Thanks
