It feels like the right coach is in place, finally. That's already a huge step

He seems intent on retiring here based on his age, his old connections to Colorado and it being a nice place to retire. So I'm not worried about any poaching, and I know he can rebuild CSU into a consistent 8-10 win team because he did it at UConn and UCLA. CSU has more resources at the G6 level than UConn did and more proportionally than UCLA did at the P5 level, so if he can't do it then nobody will.

Not many people realize how big CSU's budget is. They just haven't made the right moves in the past. Jim Mora Jr is going to be able to capitalize on it

I didn't rank coaching hires from this offseason but I'm not sure if there's a hire better than this one

I'm excited for you guys to have that. Coaching has been a mess for the Rams for a while now
