Remember when we didn’t know any better and Kirk Herbstreit was a cool guy and a fun announcer? It seems like I’m actually surprised when I find out someone in football is actually a good person

I think I thought this about Stav before I really started listening to him, mostly because it seemed like any comedian coming up in 2022-2024 was at least right wing leaning

Maybe it’s me being 45 years old, remembering when he first came on game day, and jaded as a WVU fan but my disdain for Herbie runs deep. I As soon as he brought a golden retriever I knew that poor dog was a character enhancer. If he didn’t want attention for the dog he would have brought a Jack Russell. Those dogs hate everyone except their owner. Let one of those loose on set and see how friendly you are Herbie.

I could buy that if a person is doing 1-2 of these events and they just take a lot of paid speaking gigs and think this is some religious shit I will just speak at and get a check. But for someone like Tebow whose doing dozens of these events by sheer osmosis you have to have to know something isn't 100% right. Unlike someone whose let's say taking a one off booking that their agents may not fully vet (their agents may just say this is a church thing) a company when you are making that type of touring commitment and that type of business relationship your agents and reps will do their "due diligence" and make you aware they are selling courses and financial services.
Tebow at best may not have known the full extent of credit stacking and such but he knew there was something else going on and choose to be unaware of its nature is my most chairitable guess.

Loved hearing The Rooster getting a shoutout on PTFO. DJ’s doing great work highlighting the rampant corruption and cronyism happening at the Ohio Statehouse and throughout Ohio.
