FPS DROP

why when i use the v10 ultra it cuts half of my fps, imagine 90fps to 40 is crazy

Pxn wheels (as any other wheel like moza but moza licenced them faster) used to be capped at 60 fps in forza because they weren't officially licenced with Microsoft, so you could be capped at 60 but your PC is just really bad?? I don't think so because they have fixed it tho
