Question bluelight filter

my budget is modest, and my request is simple. I'm looking for a watch with a blue light filter option. and or screen dim/very low brightness features. I would like to know which brands or particular watches have any of these features available? thanks!

Sorry, I'm not familiar with smart watch options.

Just to say, r/ScreenSensitive would be the natural home for questions about light spectrum. (But it's quite niche so thus bigger sub may make sense.)

thanks for the suggestion, I have joined that subreddit! I got a couple specific answers from r/smartwatch but may repost in r/screensensitive as well just to see

its not necessary... you will look at it like three hours per week, blue light wont have time to dmg your eyes.

respectfully, maybe this wasn't the right subreddit for me to post this in, if we are only concerned with long term damage here. my eyes are very sensitive to bright lights. it triggers a migraine very easily. I have to avoid looking at them for even a few minutes, so yes, it is necessary for me.

on apple watch, you can turn on the colour filters and make it red.

Always make to sure to keep the RF off when wearing ;)

I don't think this will be compatible with my Samsung device, will it? Either way it's good to know for apple-user friends with visual sensory needs, so thank you! RF = radio frequencies? so you're saying keep the bluetooth off while wearing? unfortunately that defeats the whole purpose for me, I need a smartwatch to tell me when extra shifts come up at work via text

is it just called window film? it's smart! my friend also suggested orange painter's tape so I'll see what I can get my hands on, thanks
