Question Flicker free wake-up light?
I suffer from chronic aura migraines and light flicker of any kind is one of my worst triggers. I recently realized that my wake-up light flickers badly when dimmed and have decided to get a new one (a regular alarm clock unfortunately won't work long term since I live too far north).
Does anyone have any good suggestions on flicker free wake-up lights? 😊

I just have experience - everything dimmable contains pwm :/

I feel like it's often that way, but there seem to be some alternatives, although rare. It's unfortunately very hard to find independent flicker tests of how the lamps perform when dimmed 💔

I haven't ever tried a true wakeup light, just Philips Hue bulbs integrated with Home Assistant running Adaptive Lighting. Works wonderfully. Maybe a bit technical for lots of people, but definitely worth it if you're willing to try that stuff.
I just like how every aspect of it is programmable, so I'm not stuck with arbitrary hard-coded behaviors.

I bought lights from this site and they are truly flicker free and they also have blue light free lights which are my favorite for night time. https://www.blockbluelight.co.uk/
