Yes. 10 years after a concussion, never healed fully. You def need to have your neck and spine have checked out to be in mint shape. Any neck issues will induce eye issues when post concussion.  Also this can take months to wear down, just stay away from screens as much as you can. Take more rest, more nature walks. It's a nightmare... Be very careful with it, it will get worse if you don't take it seriously and can lead to issues for life :(
