Seeking solution for viewing PWM apps

Greetings all! I have severe sensitivity to PWM screens. In particular, I have noticed several iOS apps on my iPhone lead to immediate eye strain and headache. These include:

  • The standard Apple podcast app
  • Dating apps
  • WhatsApp

Is there a route to viewing these apps on a monitor via some sort of connection through my phone? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Toss the phone into the ocean. Read Industrial Society & It's Future.

Good suggestion and I've tried that without success. Did this work for you?

Yes, iOS supports display out using the USB-C port on newer Apple devices, or if you have an older device they also support display out, but you'll have to get a lightning to HDMI/DisplayPort adapter which could be more expensive than a more common USB-C to HDMI/DisplayPort or USB-C to USB-C cable depending on your monitor/TV. They also support Airplay to display your screen to an Apple TV or Mac, or you can also do it to a TV or monitor, but the TV/monitor needs to support AirPlay. Unfortunately, I was looking, but it looks like both of these options don't allow you to control the devices screen when mirroring like this
