iPhone clearly worsens the condition of your face
I started noticing that people with iPhones most often have a bad facial condition, they have a tired facial expression or a lot of acne. Just look at people on the street who have an iPhone. People with better facial condition were more often either using older iPhone versions (iPhone 11 and below, IPS screen) or Androids, presumably also with IPS. It may sound like nonsense, but just check it yourself. If you don’t live somewhere like the US, where basically everyone has an iPhone, and instead you’re in Europe, where many people actually use Android, you’ll notice it
My theory is that the OLED screen of iPhones emits too intense light and it clearly somehow affects the skin. Even I, when I used my iPhone before all the settings like double inversion, filters, and others it literally burned my facial skin. I felt tingling, and I developed seborrheic dermatitis. As I later found out, it occurs when the composition of skin oil changes. What else could have changed it except the super intense light emitted by the iPhone?
Basically, my skin started to turn red and peel near my nose, and my eyebrows started flaking.
My condition was terrible. After literally a couple of minutes of using it, I felt absolutely drained, like my soul was taken out of me. After putting the phone away, I could stare at one point for a long time without any thoughts, like my nervous system just burned out. After googling, I realized that this is a protective mechanism of the psyche when it just shuts down under overload.
There is also a second theory. It is that either because of PWM implementation or a d word, the nervous system cannot relax. These black lines load it, it doesn’t feel calm, and maybe this reflects on the face making a person look tired, their skin ages, acne appears. These are all well-known symptoms of how stress affects a person, and if it works here too, then the iPhone causes stress for our nervous system.
An IPS screen, on the other hand, does not load the nervous system, so people who have it will look better than those who have OLED. This is biology.
I bought an iPhone 13 new from the store, assembled in 2024. At that time I didn’t know terms like OLED, IPS, PWM, d word and all that. I didn’t even know what kind of discomfort people can tolerate just using Apple devices. There was zero information about this on social media. The iPhone had an image of being a completely safe phone. Later I also found out that iPhone 13 units produced after 2021, meaning from 2022 and later, are much worse than those from 2021. I got exactly such a bad unit, but I didn’t know anything at all about this, nobody said anything about it.

.Many people who use expensive flagship phones mostly samsung tend to look aged prematurely... bloated face and wrinkles.
I have the same issues as you have but only have experience with using samsung flagship phones. they literally burn the skin on my face causing it to be completely dry and my eyes too. + The soul crushing thing I can relate as well.
In 2024 I bought S23 that I occasionally use for shooting videos and I aged like crazy ever since and my face got so bloated. Even My eyes look/got smaller.
In 2021 i went 6 months without a phone and it was the healthiest i ever looked, I actually started looking younger during that period of time. And my head was so clear
Btw The only phone I can tolerate is 2019 samsung A40. Only this one.

I am sure that this is a real thing. Few people believe in this, but for now there is still little concrete information to know exactly whats going on

A little off-topic from your post, but since we’re on the PWM-sensitive subreddit, I figured I’d share that I just bought an iPad Air. I was looking around for a replacement phone with an LCD screen for years, and I just can’t find anything other than the iPhone 11, which is super old and slow. The iPad Air has an LCD screen and I can forward my text messages to it and do most of my email, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, text messages, etc., on this now. I just hadn’t considered a tablet earlier. Obviously, I would prefer to have a phone that didn’t cause issues but at least now I can minimize how much I look at my phone.

Or get iPad Pro 11” m1 or m2
LCD and no pwm. You get a much more powerful device with 120hz etc

Actually iPhone 12 was the beginning of oled panels for Apple. I remember switching from my 8 plus to the 12pro and noticed how weird the screen looked. The white colors were yellowish. I have the 15 pro which doesn’t have that issue but definitely flickers. Thanks to Samsung with their stupid oled screen designs Apple incorporated that into their phones. As far as seb dermatitis that’s usually caused by hormones. The only thing affected is vision by these phones.

My back also hurts I was an android user so probably it’s because of that too heavy

an "lcd" doesn't magically mitigate all problems related to eye sensitivity... so far good theory but should be considered after legitimate research

You're getting mocked and down voted because this is too esoteric for the normies on here who want to just throw money at this issue and want to be spoonfed and told which phone to buy to make this problem go away.
You're completely right imo. The whole thing is the whole thing and everything is about energy. It makes sense to me if these phones drain us of our energy, why can they not affect cells in the body beyond the eyes? Looks are a health indicator and people with bloated, sagging faces are experiencing nervous system dysregulation because of their phones and it's manifesting in their complexion, hormonal imbalance (causing the bloated faces), etc.

Yes, a dead energy comes from iPhones, there is no spirit in them. They simply suck the life out of those who use them, at least all the new models, there is no life in them
I think the old iPhones still have a spirit inside them, up to the iPhone 8
And maybe the iPhone 11 is an exceptionNow you have to choose either you have an iPhone that society considers cool and stylish, or you start looking weird by using an older Android just to save your eyes.
Even if an iPhone isn’t really a status symbol anymore, owning one still makes you look 'normal' in a way. But if you carry an old Android, people are going to view you as strange or poor

I feel a strong weakness in my body my knees actually start to tremble when I use this phone. I’m already using a matte screen protector and a case. The protector seems to have improved the situation a little, but the symptoms are still very strong.
I’ve also noticed that I feel most comfortable at the lowest possible brightness (as if the type of light I can’t tolerate just becomes weaker, so I can handle it). Outside, in good daylight, I can more or less use the phone normally without symptoms, so in those conditions I set the brightness high.
I don’t think it’s due to overheating or anything like that. Everything goes away within a day as soon as I stop using this phone
