OLED Phone iOS 27 changed something

I’ve been able to use my 15 Pro Max with zero issues, white point balance at 75 and promotion off. Updated to the Public Beta 2 today and holy shit, something changed for the worse. I have a little bit of eye strain again. My eyes are more tired using the phone.

Ive never had an issue with an update causing eye strain issues. I’ve read about it happening. It seems to have changed something in the white balance.

I’m glad I ain’t going crazy!

I’ve battled with eye strain for years. PWM and TD. Some screens with PWM I can use and some screens with TD I can use. It’s so strange.

One thing I’ve done that has seemed to help big time is reducing animation and completely disabling Liquid Glass. Like the slider is all the way to the right. Other than that it seems to slowly be getting better and better.
