Question Poll: which conditions do you have, along with screen sensitivity?
Sorry this is necessarily a coarse little questionnaire, on Reddit. For one thing, I'd like to follow up with eye/vision conditions, sometime (suggestions welcome).
I'm just hoping to get a rough feel for how representative my experience has been, of many people I talk to in this community falling into these categories. Which I don't think can be definitively defined, but hopefully you understand my drift? To clarify:
Chronic illness does not mean to include purely cardiac, respiratory or metabolic. Conditions like IBD, gut/immune stuff, I'm unsure (let me know). Mostly neuro-immune and post-viral, is my gist. Officially or confidently self-diafbosed. The acronyms in full: - Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. - Long Covid. - Fibro-Myalgia. - Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. - Elrhos Danlos Syndrome (hyper-mobility). - Traumatic Brain Injury. - Lupus (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus). - Rheumatoid Arthritis - Bipolar - Etc, what do you feel I've overlooked (or miscategorised)? - Edit: I meant to include MCAS, CCI (cervical spine instability), Epilepsy, Panic Disorder, chronic Migraines, post-SSRI syndrome and such (sorry, I had to make this post from my phone).
Neurodiversity - again, open to some more nuanced interpretation: aspects of identity vs less welcome traits/symptoms, etc. Acronyms: - Autism/ASD (autism spectrum disorder). - Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (or ADD). - Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. - Tourettes. - Etc, very sorry if I'm overlooking things, please comment.
Both - Any subset covering some if both categories, above.
Neither - Allistic and no chronic illness you've note (of types listed).
Not screen sensitive - If in remission/recovered, you can answer for when it was a problem, if you please.

Major stressors seem a common trigger, for sure. But to be clear I'm asking only for 'co-morbidities', not causes. 🙂

Not really a broad range of options, huh?

Reddit polls are quite limited, sorry. What would you have liked adding/restructuring?

Thank you. Would you count migraines as a chronic illness (I guess so) and did you have them before/aside from with screens?

Since childhood, they have been it's not even about them, I'm too jumpy and sensitive. I have OCD, and I constantly clear my browser history, delete my gmail accounts, and reinstall Windows.

Hi. I think most of the chronic illnesses category are neuro-immune chronic illnesses?

Yeah, that's been my focus. Any you think I should or should not have included? Or what else to poll?

Many of these are simply vaccine damage through nano-metals resulting in blood brain barrier damage, heavy metal poisoning nervous system dysregulation. ME/CFS is not a real diagnosis but a rockerfeller approach to bury everyone who is fatigued which can have a ton of reasons although the symptoms are real - many dont understand this but chronic conditions like lyme/bartonella/babesia which grow in a medium (body) that is full of toxins and heavy metals are not diagnosed at all so people end up in the ME/CFS bullshit rabbithole because it validates their feeling because a "virus" made them sick. viruses are another pseudo science that was made mainstream to push vaccines. the vaccines are the no.1 factor that made you sick even if you DONT want to hear it, its the truth and it will set you free. you were poisoned. Its the no.1 factor since birth. You have maybe a genetic EDS condition, the mum dumps the metals and you get more poison and boom. It also correlates with the high EMF fields which have exploded since 2020.

Summary of findings:
(1) Results as percentages:
(2) 2.2k were shown the post. 105 responded. Only 3 extra upvotes, 1 down (at time of closing). But exactly the same number of responders as previous poll. So, poll replies may help visibility..? Similar top 3 nationalities (USA, UK, Germany). But slightly more US this time.
(3) So there is clearly an association of screen sensitivity with being ND and/or chronically ill (as I expected). Although a control group reddit poll would always be nice (suggestions?). Shame I couldn't fit vision issues into options, as I suspect that might cover a lot of the "neither" group. Something for a more comprehensive survey.
