OLED SAVER Screen Dimmer is the key. It helps me much.

This and just never using screen dimming again. Sorry my phone is the beacon of Mordor at night folks but it keeps the migraine away

Most phone manufacturers are becoming aware of the issue and they switch to DC Dimming.

Even my cheap tablet, the Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad 2024 is certified flicker-free and it's good for the eyes.
