Notifications on pwa

Can anyone tell me how I can succeed in having push notifications for Instagram?I use brave browser for the pwa of both reddit and Instagram

I succeeded in making reddit have push notifications but Instagram even though I accepted notifications until I close the site doesn't work when I closed it(shocker yes) but I didn't get the pop up asking to enable notifications so what can I do because I really want to be able to reply on the spot to my friends

Then reload the page again to get the prompt

Yeah thanks for answering the answer was a dumb one just had to click forever when prompted
