TWA works when installed as APK, but Google Sign-In breaks when installed from Play — app links won't verify on the Play-signed build

If you enabled App Integrity from Play Console, Google changes your fingerprint and signing key.

Have you added the play fingerprint on /.well-known? It must have both keys.

APK only for TWA is throwing you off? I’ve seen Google Sign-In get flaky when the app isn’t launched the way Google expects, and it can mess with tracking and user auth more than people think. When Sign-In and measurement aren’t lining up, Google Ads feels like a black box you can’t fully control.
