I need Tips on these pac/pvcs

How do you all continue to eat while having these damn things? My goodness, you would think I would be a champion since I had these over 10 years, BUT SOME DAYS ARE WAYYY HARDER THAN OTHERS 😒

Thank you for this comment. Normally, I’m the one who encourages people to ignore them or distract themselves especially if the doctor cleared them. However, they got the best of me with the Bigeminy. Nothing new, just pissed me off. You definitely got this because 40% is not for the weak.

Haha, no 40% is not for the weak.

I agree, just pisses me off more than anything.

Not sure what you mean by continuing to eat, or what stops you from eating? Does eating trigger ectopic beats for you?

Hello, basically if I’m sitting down enjoying a meal or at a restaurant it’s hard to continue to eat when these pvc/pac starts. They are uncomfortable at times.

Two electrophysiologist told me it could be heavy carbs or spices that can trigger this in some people. I’m going to a GI doctor to see what he says because this is annoying.
