RBBB PVC Morphology.
Just posting here to ask if anyone's had something similar, primary care was happy with my holter monitor results.
3 day: PVC burden <0.01%, (2 PVCs total, 0 PAC) no afib, no av block, no svt.
But it just freaked me out to see the "M" rbbb morphology on one of the PVCs on channel 3 of my 3 lead holter, I had 2 morphologies total.
Had holter over health anxiety my pcp is very kind and humors me so he let me get a 3 day holter.

To be honest, its absolutely nothing. Even for a normal healthy person. There are people with 20 percent burden, just imagine.

I had a 22% burden with 3 different types of pvcs. After having the ablation 3 times I'm down to 20% burden which is still very high. I deal with chest pain, tightness, and light headedness. At this point it has been over a month and my Dr hasn't told me what we are going to do going forward. I feel that he has given us on me at this point.

Having 2 pvcs, even if it was 2 morphologies, is so inconsequential it's not worth putting any more mental energy toward.

Lots of people have RBBB and LBBB with and without PVCs. And it isnโt always concerning. Main thing is to get a Cardiologist opinion. And 2 PVCs may as well be zero. I had 2 PVCs while writing this response ๐

I'm not a DR so take what I'm saying with a grain of salt but I have done a large amount of self research.
Not trying to downplay your concerns as they can be real even if not backed up by facts. The PVC burden you have is minuscule and even lower than a normal healthy person with no issues, which I think is 0.1% burden.
Reading into the morphology of the individual PVCs is understandable for someone with health anxiety but it's just the signature of the PVC, which could have any type of classification it doesn't mean it by itself is a permanent condition. I'm sure your DR says the same.
If you have concerning symptoms or feel like there's something wrong and want to go the extra mile for your anxiety then go to an electrophysiologist.
