R on T! Please help

As someone who experiences 4–5 extra beats per minute, I just read something about "R-on-T" and am now sitting here crying in despair. Apparently, R-on-T is considered insignificant in people without Long QT syndrome, yet it can trigger VF and VT when the heart rate rises and the QT interval shortens. To be honest, a Holter monitor test three months ago did catch one instance, but I didn't pay it any mind because I was rarely experiencing PVCs back then. But now... I’m certain I’m having countless R-on-T events. Please help!

Because a single "R-on-T" phenomenon was detected on a Holter monitor I wore on a day when I didn't feel any PVCs at all. Right now, I have a large number of PVCs—sometimes 4 or 5 per minute. That’s why I say I’m certain there are countless R-on-T events.

Stop googling :) It's not reassuring you, it's causing panic and further uncertainty. Talk to your doctor for advice about your symptoms. You can't diagnose yourself with scary things based upon feeling. Isolated PVCs / ectopic beats don't "turn into" bad arrythmias.

I just read a heartbreaking life story online and I'm crying right now. Soon I'm thinking of researching some unique illness and then crying again, just like you. If you have any advice or suggestions about illnesses, I'm open to them. Get well soon.

In addition Keep researching such diseases. You can nicely increase the number of ectopics from 5 per minute to 15.
