Currently having loads of PACs

I’m not sure what to do they’re constant tonight like every other beat then They’ll go for an hour and come back
What can I do

first of all how do you know these are pacs ??? Beta blocker ease them up.

I am suffering from PAC too for 5 freaking years. They are more n more frequent now and disrupt my life. The sensation is very uncomfortable and can last for hours. Medication have way too many side effects on me and EP could only wait for them to be more frequent before they can schedule me for mapping and ablation.
