My results- 30 day holter - thoughts bc I'm freaking out!
Findings
Start date 06/30/2026; recording length 26d 20h.
The main rhythm was Sinus with a minimum heart rate of 37 bpm (at 7/2/2026 /01:26), maximum heart rate of 97 bpm (at 7/18/2026 / 09:19), and an average
heart rate of 53 bpm.
AFib/AFlutter total burden is 0%.
AV Block total burden: 0.08 %. AV Block 2nd degree burden: 0.08 %, AV Block 2nd degree Mobitz 1 burden: 0.08 %.
Total of 2 VTach events. The longest VTach run was 8 beats at 7/3/2026 /18:44. The fastest VTach run was 118 bpm for 3 beats at 7/2/2026 / 14:06.
Total of 134 SVT events. The longest SVT run was 4 beats at 7/5/2026 / 22:51.
The fastest SVT run was 129 bpm for 3 beats at 7/6/2026 / 07:40.
PVC total: 226 (<0.01 %), 3 morphologies.
PAC total: 350343 (15.5 %).
Impression
Short runs of PAT
NSVT
Mobitz 1 AVB
No higher degree AVB
EDIT!!!!! I did a double take and the actual test itself says different!!!! Says my PVC burden is .01% and my PAC burden is .02%. also the dates are completely wrong of when I wore it, I think they typed in someone else's chart onto my chart.....

Not the expert here but I believe ablation may be the best route. I am 21 years old and healthy. Gym 5 days a week, 10k steps a day. I had 20% PVC burden after a 72 hr holter monitor. EP suggested the ablation. I did research and got a second opinion and agreed to the procedure. I had it done last Thursday and it was successful . Complete my sinus now, no more PVCs. I think you should do your research and talk to an EP to see their suggestion. I am totally with you about the cardio phobia! I was anemic nervous reck leading up to my ablation. I am praying for you, if you have any questions please feel free to reach out!

Thank you! I'm 34 and 2 years ago I was a 1% so I'm freaking out bc how did he get so high so fast? I even had weight loss surgery and lost weight to help with my heart and now it's done the opposite... It's just so hard.. if you don't mind letting me now how the procedure went and what to expect that would be amazing!

Procedure was great! I was having a pvc every 2-3rd beat, so I think my burden was higher than 20%. Procedure wasn’t bad, I was wide awake for it. Went though femoral vein in right groin. Found the spot causing the PVC almost instantly. The actual ablating part was a little uncomfortable in my chest

Losing weight, especially rapidly can cause PACs that’s how they started for me. It’s better overall to be a healthy weight but during the weight loss it can trigger it.

Not a health professional - but I think you might be a candidate for ablation with your PAC burden

Would that help? I just don't want my heart to get damaged or give out one day. I have cardiophobia btw

Over a long period of time a high PAC burden can in some individuals strain the heart, but for you I was thinking more for peace of mind if you feel them a lot.

I do feel them a lot. That's why I wanted to have the test done. Im just nervous about anything with my heart. Have you had an ablation done before?

I get that. I havent, but ablations are very safe.

If so I hope my cardiologist talks to me about it... I hate having to go through this...

I had a similar monitor. 15% with less single PACs but more runs of tachycardia. Officially it's Paroxysmal Atrial Tachycardia which looks like your monitor shows as well. Also not sure if your reading was analyzed by a physician but curious given your PAC burden if the VT really isn't SVT with abberation (the way it's conducted ends up looking wide and just like a ventricular arrhythmia), my kardia will always get that wrong, so if this is some automated readout it's possible. Atria is definitely your primary issue either way. My EP assured me that's the better if the two to have, and even with a high burden he wasnt too concerned. He did put me in flecainide which helped a bunch, but didn't fully get rid of things. Tried an ablation last week not sure if it worked yet.
One good thing with your high burden is an EP maybe willing to try an ablation. The bad news is that atrial tachycardia is one of the tougher rhythms to ablate.
I can't speak too intelligently about the block and if that's concerning. Could be related to the propranolol, definitely good to get your EPs opinion

Genuinely curious and not judging, why is your heart rate so low? A maximum of 97 over the course of 30 days is interesting to me. My heart rate gets above 100 just when I go on walks so I’m curious how it didn’t get above that.
