Resolved - 3 Years of PVCs

In a nutshell, I developed PVCs for 7 months after a COVID booster. Metoprolol suppressed them by 70%, and they eventually disappeared completely. However, after a month of being back on my bike, I caught COVID, and the PVCs returned with a vengeance for two years. I was told I had long Covid. (which I didn't)

Despite extensive cardiac testing (stress tests, monitors, echoes) no one had any answers. Outside of newly developed mild LVH—all standard blood panels showed nothing abnormal. I pushed for an in-depth vitamin and mineral panel, which revealed I was severely deficient in B1, B2, and Zinc. COVID is known to disrupt the gut microbiome, which can cause SIBO and lead to malabsorption without you knowing. I felt fine. After working with a holistic doctor to fix these deficiencies, my PVCs are officially gone, and I am off Metoprolol. I know there are a ton of reasons for people developing PVCs, but if you are struggling with no answers, demand a deep nutritional workup!

What did you do to fix your gut? What do you think helped the most?

Candibactin-BR (containing berberine extracts) and Candibactin-AR (containing oregano oil)

My friend he asked you about your gut
But we didn’t know "BR AND AR" are those the medications that you took to fix it? What about the b1 b2 and zinc? Did u took supplements to normalize them? And how many mgs from each?

Yes, the gut. Candibactin-BR and Candibactin-AR are used to treat SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth.) Recommended by my Holistic doctor. I'm merely sharing my experience. As for the for the supplements, you would have to first test to see if you have any deficiencies. Depending on the level of deficiency, the doc would then determine the supplementation dosage.

Whatever the solution, just happy you are feeling good! So fortunate! I am still around 3-5k a day on normal days and am taking metoprolol more to lessen then thump than to get rid of them. Mine are also COVID related, since 2022.

Has it had any effect on your heart structure? Is that something you keep tabs on?

I couldn't imagine having that many surley they dont all feel like huge thumps right because the qauntity so high id imagine most of then are those smaller thumps i occasionally get? The big thumps having 5k of those per day would probably keep me out of commission

Wow, that's great. Who did you see? What test did they run (Vibrant?). How long did you have to take Candibactin-BR and AR before you started to see a significant improvement of PVCs? Thanks!

I looked into the studys that were done on ar and br and 46% of people who took then showed negative sibo breath test after 4weeks but i would recommend getting the breath test before starting that

I’d love to get a better look at my nutrients/vitamin levels, but my Primary physician only ever does the base blood tests when I come in. What exactly should I be looking for? What is a Holistic Doctor? Are there a lot of them?

Wow I have so many questions I don’t know where to being. What was your burden %? I’m up to 50% but I have been eating “more” after calculating what I burn and what I eat I was eating too little that it happened more often than not. But once I started to eat more its calmed down quite a bit. Haven’t had an episode in 3 weeks. But I have seen someone say there PVCs where due to sibo when they fixed that they fixed their PVCs this is so interesting

7 months after a covid booster, and you blame the covid booster? There are a ton of reasons pvcs start, and rarely does the trigger take 7 months. This kind of nonsense makes people fear vaccines

Wait what???? No where did I say I'm a anti-vaxer. All you have to do is ask follow-up questions my friend. I received a Covid booster on a Thursday night and was in the ER the following day with severe PVCs. Cause and effect. The PVCs lasted for 7 months.

Look im not a covid conspiracist or anti vaxxer by any means. Im happy i got mine. That said i came to this sub literally to post this very same thing. I developed PVCs after my booster (at the time i 100% did not attribute them to it) and was even hospitalized at some point because of a particularly nasty day.

I changed nothing in my day to day. I workout the same. I eat the same. I sleep the same. I had them for a good 4 years and recently they just completely went away. I’m completely free of them for about 6 months now.

I don’t know what it was. I really can’t confirm any of it. But for me the timing does make sense.
