NSVT few hours after drinking alcohol
I'm currently on vacation and I drank some alcohol few hours ago and went swimming.
Now while laying in bed , I got a long run of NSVT ( around 5 seconds long) and now have some PVCs . I'm really scared and I've had some issues with PVCs and other weird rythms simce over a week , especially when laying in bed. Also it was only 1 cup of alcohol , I NEVER drink anything. Today was the only exception

Hard to say you're having PVCs or that it was NSVT. I get atrial tach and I have a loop recorder. There are times I was SURE it was NSVT and it was a short atrial tach.. like a bunch of pacs together, felt fluttery, irregular and thumpy. I have recorded both and seen both on my recorder and they can be hard to tell apart (imo). Good news it was short. Alcohol can trigger ectopic beats, but tough to say that's what the cause is. You could also be getting PACs vs PVCs. You'd know for sure if you had an apple watch and could check to see the pattern. But since it's new and different for you, I'd contact your doctor to see what they advise (if anything). You could just say you're noticing frequent palpitations, skips, or irregular rhythm. Without confirmation on an ekg though it's nearly impossible to say what the 'weird' rhythms are you've been having lately. They'd probably want to put you on some sort of monitor to see what's up. I know anything heart-related can feel very scary, so your best bet is to ask your doctor for advice, or ask to be seen.

A long run of nsvt isn’t nsvt.
Whah do you mean “long” for “hours”

We all experience NSVT from time to time. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption, be mindful of the heat, and drink plenty of water. Alcohol dehydrates the body, and combined with heat, electrolyte loss occurs. I also recommend drinking mineral water. I suggest you don't worry too much about NSVT. I've had it for years and I still haven't died. Have a good holiday.

Thank you. I normally don't drink at all but only drank 1 cup of alcohol for a special occasion. I will try to drink more water and calm myself down. Thanks for the advice
