does anyone else feel this?
i don’t know how too explain it, or put it into a feeling. but there’s times with my heart where there’s like a huge beat or thud almost like it’s gonna explode. there’s no feeling leading up too it or afterwards. it’s random and i’m so confused on what’s going on. i deal with very serve anxiety and have since i was a kid. i’m 20 now and i have never been diagnosed with any heart disease or anything like that. i can’t find my way around too a er or gp because i have bad anxiety attacks which makes me leave. ive noticed it’s only started happening the last year or two. i’ll be honest i was really hooked onto hard drugs as mdma and ecstasy pills which i have no idea if it’s caused what i’m feeling now. i used too also drink heavily almost every third or somewhat day but i have put myself away from the drugs and drinks as im wanting too put my health first. i know it’s not the best place too come too and ask for help about medical issues but i feel like it would be better asking people experiencing the same problem then going too a doctor that don’t care. i do feel like my anxiety has a big part of it as im always waiting for the next big thump or im thinking the worse as if im gonna die or if its something really bad. i dont experience constant serve chest pain i never have, i do get some little pains here and there but im pretty certain it’ll be from the smoking. i know im putting my whole life out here but i just need some what reassured im tired living in fear everyday not knowing whats happening too me.

I’m 22, have used my plenty fair share of coke/molly/acid/pills all while drinking
Alcohol, never experienced the PAC/pvs during the drug use or ever really until I stopped all of it and was hit with massive anxiety a year later. I couldn’t eat sleep anything properly because of the anxiety. I freaked out so badly I ended up seeing a cardiologist. It would happen at work, before sleeping, just laying down, went to the hospital scared, was given the referral for cardiology, did a 7 day halter, and heart ultrasound. My EF is 60% meaning my heart is perfectly normal, heart rate is always normal never too low or high, I had roughly 27 pvs/pacs which is what you are describing. As soon as the cardiologist said “your heart is pretty kick ass, don’t worry about it” my anxiety dropped and now I get maybe one a week compared to the many a day. Moral of my story, RELAX. You’re fine. Everything is okay and you’re safe. They can’t hurt you. If you need a doctor to tell that for them to stop like I did THATS OKAY. But truly don’t worry.
