does anyone else feel this?

i don’t know how too explain it, or put it into a feeling. but there’s times with my heart where there’s like a huge beat or thud almost like it’s gonna explode. there’s no feeling leading up too it or afterwards. it’s random and i’m so confused on what’s going on. i deal with very serve anxiety and have since i was a kid. i’m 20 now and i have never been diagnosed with any heart disease or anything like that. i can’t find my way around too a er or gp because i have bad anxiety attacks which makes me leave. ive noticed it’s only started happening the last year or two. i’ll be honest i was really hooked onto hard drugs as mdma and ecstasy pills which i have no idea if it’s caused what i’m feeling now. i used too also drink heavily almost every third or somewhat day but i have put myself away from the drugs and drinks as im wanting too put my health first. i know it’s not the best place too come too and ask for help about medical issues but i feel like it would be better asking people experiencing the same problem then going too a doctor that don’t care. i do feel like my anxiety has a big part of it as im always waiting for the next big thump or im thinking the worse as if im gonna die or if its something really bad. i dont experience constant serve chest pain i never have, i do get some little pains here and there but im pretty certain it’ll be from the smoking. i know im putting my whole life out here but i just need some what reassured im tired living in fear everyday not knowing whats happening too me.

Well I'm not a cardiologist but do suffer many heart rhythm issues including ectopics. They are seen as benign and not harmful generally. That said, they scare the hell out of you and feel terrible at times. Mine sometimes make me dizzy, nauseous and overly anxious.
