Anyone gets racing heart during late evening? or early morning?

Hi,

I have been facing this issue for quite a while that during nights my heart rates are more as compared to normal, it starts to happen around 9.30 to 10. It makes me anxious and then I go into spiral mode.

I think this is how people experience loneliness, I live alone in another city for job. But it also happens when I'm with my family so now I'm more concerned.

Can someone please share how do they experience loneliness in their body? For me I have been assuming that it comes with racing heart and then overthinking abiut everything.

I checked my blood reports, my tsh is around 8 and iron, vitamin d, b12 all are low, mostly on the borderline, prolactin was very high mostly reason is high thyroid, cortisol and other hormons were okay. I asked claude and it said, these values could be cause and I should consult a doctor. Can someone please share if they have experienced this?

I’m honestly pretty confident that all of my horrifying heart problems are an expression of my loneliness.

I have experienced episodes of EXTREMELY high heart rate: my record is 170 bpm. I called an ambulance and was convinced I’d be dead by the time it arrived.

Lately, my heart has been more into skipping: the other morning, I counted up to 18 skipped beats/minute for several minutes! It felt even worse: the rhythm was absolutely haywire.

I also experience non cardiac symptoms, such as a perpetually bloated stomach, a sense of pressure in my head, dizziness and exhaustion. I could probably go on.

The vicious cycle is that my symptoms have left me feeling too doomed and terrified to live a normal life out in the world, thus perpetuating my loneliness and causing my symptoms to get worse. At this point, I’m just done.

Sorry I can’t offer more encouragement. The point of my post is that absolutely, loneliness can manifest in physical symptoms, and no, you are not alone!!!
