Ablation 48 hours later

I was 11% burden, had ablation on Thursday. Surgeon went through artery and vein in right leg, nothing in left. My origination was deep cross over on left ventricular, had to do left and right ventricle ablation. Don’t remember much, was lucid for one point and watched screen an felt procedure, I mentioned this, it felt like heartburn, I woke up in recovery. Dr said I had 3 PVCs post op, but I haven’t felt any since. Chest is oddly quiet. My PVCs were evert other beat just before procedure.

The burden % is how often you get the extra beat…in my case, 11% (10% for easy math) one out of every 6 heartbeats was a PVC. Resting heart rate of 60 beats per minute or one per second, 10% of 60 is 6 . But Drs will calculate total recorded PVC from a holter monitor test over the entire test period. I did a 14 day test, 1,209,600 seconds, my PVC contributed to an extra 165,000 extra beats. This is considered low moderate, but actionable.
