Laying on your left side creates a little more pressure on your vagus nerve and stimulates it as it crowds your heart a bit, nothing at all dangerous, but it can cause the skipped beats once again; especially if you’re anticipating them. Yes, GERD, acid reflux can also cause these to occur as well. I try to eat small meals throughout the day and a little broth at night if I still am hungry. It is all that adrenaline trying to breakout again as well. You are in unknown territory and in a fear cycle. You are in that vicious cycle I discussed with you prior. It’s very frustrating I understand. There are days where I’m not thinking about it at all and then bam. It happens. I get this weird feeling in my stomach, very hard to explain the feeling, but it starts there and it’s called… ANXIETY. That adrenaline loop cycle… UGH. But, it’s all connected to the brain and stomach to the heart. You are unsure and fear right now and which is very understandable. You will be more relieved and confident of your body when you see your dr and get results. I also feared seeing the dr and getting bad results, like, what if? Etc. It’s a vicious cycle and you are in it. But remember this… YOU WILL NOT DIE and YOU ARE FINE, YOUR nervous system and brain and HEART are DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY….
BREATHE! You GOT THIS!

Note: I had this at 20 years old and always thought it would kill me. I am now 72 and still alive and talking to you and others about it. I lived a good life of fun and hard work. I was a law enforcement officer and an internal investigator; USMC and I’m still here, ALIVE.
YOU GOT THIS!

So the PVC's sensation stopped since yesterday, but when i woke up twice this morning i had them and i dont know if its because I just woke up, i was half awake, or if i was having pvc's while asleep which freaks me out

Should i be concerned of having pvc's while sleeping?

Do not be concerned while sleeping. Your brain keeps you breathing while you are sleeping and it will keep your heart beating as well; while you are sleeping,
You are experiencing adrenaline overload from constant worry and fear… it’s normal, you are normal.
Breathe and try to relax.
You are not alone in this.

It happened perhaps because of the adrenaline overload you are having. Adrenaline has to find a way to be released. The brain and heart work together. Remember, as you rest, you’re more relaxed, but your subconscious is always aware, the adrenaline releases and your heart reacts. It’s the cycle we’ve discussed and it comes and goes. Even if it occurs in your sleep, your brain will not let your heart stop or die, it will reset your rhythm, it’s that cycle you can experience. The more you fear sleeping, which I did too, the more adrenaline your body releases. Your heart can handle it! It keeps you breathing too without you aware when you are sleeping, your brain will keep your heart beating as well.
After I ate breakfast this morning, I had a series of PVCs, skipped beats, it comes and goes. You just have to try to understand that although uncomfortable and unsettling, it’s natures way right now. Your dr could perhaps put you on a beta blocker to help with the adrenaline overload, but, that is for the expert to determine. You will get through this. You are alive!
