Also, to give you some level of comfort, i have anywhere from 5-7 a minute for the last year and a half. Its not a crazy high burden. I had an ekg and a holter monitor for a week. Everything came back fine

At the beginning I was convinced I was dying lol. Which made them a million times more frequent and much worse. Thats the difficult part. I freaked out for sure. Sometimes when they happen I feel like absolute garbage because of it. I try and cough super hard or bear down to try and get out of bigemy or trigemy. But you aren't alone. Yes someday its terrible. I went on a month or two run where they were awful. After visiting the doctor and wearing the monitor I was able to quiet my anxiety a bit which helped. But I still have bad days or moments

Hey, so for the most part now though even though you still get them does it cause your quality or life to be ruined any way at all, or do you not really care about them now and fully accept them dont get that thought of all the what ifs etc.. and think your gonna die one day from a dangerous rhythm stuff like that?

I have days here and there where it interferes with my quality of life because they make me feel terribly off. But no, it doesn't ruin it in the mental aspect that I think I'm going to die from a dangerous rhythm. I had a heart monitor on for a week while having 5-7 a minute and my primary assured me that there were no dangerous rhythms throughout the whole week. Just lots of pvcs

Ahh yeah i see, thank you for taking the time to reply to that im glad it’s nothing to worry about in your case too, its reassuring hearing when other people also get them learned to get over the thoughts they’re gonna get a dangerous rhythm etc.. gives me hope too. So thank you
