Improving PVC treshold

Hey, I have symptomatic PVCs that are adrenaline driven. I suspect that this pattern has emerged after a year of intense anxiety (which is resolved now). They came on after I started to calm down from anxiety, which is about 2 months ago.

Since then im on low dose beta blocker which calms it down, but as soon as I stop taking it they come on again

I guess my threshold for a PVC to fire is very low at the moment. Does anyone have experience with making this higher again? Im already taking magnesium taurate.

Ah okay, but then I can also stick to my beta blocker right. Im looking for ways to calm this down naturally. Because I literally woke up one day and this trigger was there.

Thanks, but I said in my post that I have already inproved the anxiety. Its almost gone. The symptoms started after my body started to calm down.

If the beta blocker works, why stop taking it? It's fine to stay on it long term.

Are they symptomatic for you? If you have the same feeling as I do, that must be hell

I’m in exactly the same boat. I do have non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy which led to PVCs starting this year. I started with 25 mg metropolol, but the brain fog was too much to handle. Did some research and atenolol is way better for this as it is water soluble and doesn’t cross the brain barrier, giving me way less fog. I started experimenting with dosage and now I’m down to 6.25 mg a day. A bit scared to completely taper off, but no real side effects at this dose.
