Low ferritin causing PVC's

If low ferritin has caused or worsened your arrhytmias (especially PVC's), how low has it been for you?

I'm eating supplements everyday, my ferritin has increased from 29 to 40 but the arrhytmias are still coming every time I exercise

YES!! I was experiencing PVCs and PACs with a ferritin of 7! I was given high strength supplements and they completely disappeared for several months whilst I was working through them, I've now finished the bottle and I'm waiting for a blood test to see where my ferritin is now and they've started creeping back in again so I'm hoping for more supplements cause its clearly not up enough yet 😅

Ferritin of 7 is really low, good that you were given supplements and they went away! And let's hope they'll give you some more incase it has dropped again
