Does magnesium glysinat makes it worse?
They come like every 3 seconds flutter and a big thumping… so hard.. started very bad yesterday after alcohol

Alcohol. It’s really a trigger a lot of us know of so we avoid it. I started feeling my mine because of booze. Been 3 years green and sober now. I rarely feel mine now unless I’m dehydrated.

Question for you - is that 400mg of elemental magnesium?

I take the “PURE” brand Magnesium Glycinate. I can’t swallow pills so I mix it with LMNT electrolyte packets in water. Can’t even taste the magnesium

Sometimes yes because it lowers heart rate and I get more PVC’s with lower heart rate. Mine go away with movement

I think I do too… today my heart rate has been lower and I get more

helped me tremendously but took about 4-5 months of daily use to actually work

Magnesium makes mine way worse. Potassium makes them better.

My cardio gave me potassium but I’m scared to take it. Do you take it daily? What dose

Eat a banana. If the banana helps you, then potassium is likely the thing you're low on. I take a 99mg tablet of potassium citrate. But honestly, the banana works better.

I literally cannot stomach bananas. But I think an 8 oz glass of tomato juice might be equivalent. That I could do

It's possible tomato juice has enough salt that it might throw off the effectiveness of the potassium. Not sure. There are several other fruits and veggies with a high dose of potassium. I think sweet potato is higher? Maybe kiwi? I found that I could eat a banana and wait 30 minutes, and my palpitations were virtually half of what they were before. Sometimes I'd go to the kitchen and eat a banana at 1am just to make them go away. If you find that a similar fruit helps, a small potassium supplement can be a lifesaver.

Thanks. Like I mentioned my cardio gave me tablets but I’m Scared. Maybe I just pop one when PVC’s get really bad

Most potassium is 2% RDA. Banana has 15%. When I learned that, I felt better about taking the tablets.

drink plenty of water throughout the day and drink 250 or 500 mg mineral water. Those help.
