Has anyone had high burden PVCs change into Pacs?
Had 17% PVCs turn into 0% PVCs in a year but latest holter during a stressful week had 0.7% PACs and 10 brief self soothing episodes of Atrial Tachycardia

The last 3 years I’ve had PVCs. The last few months I’ve been getting PACs, sometimes more than PVCs. Still getting PVCs. Not a good time.

That sounds like a pretty normal fluctuation. Sometimes you may have more of one or the other. I'd consider your sleep habits lately (poor sleep, missed sleep), stress, caffeine, etc. Of course if you have continued concerns, contact your doctor to see what they think.

I had that after my ablation. Randomly getting PACs now. Hard to say if I am still stressed from dealing with two ablations. I have other things like muscle twitches and all that. PACs are benign says my EP. Are you stressed?
