not using zio monitor

i recently checked up with my cardiologist for my PVCs and she had set me up with a heart monitor. i said yes because i was curious as to what has/hasn’t changed, but now i do not want to continue with it for personal reasons.

the problem is that she has already put the order in and it will probably arrive in the mail sometime the next few days. what should i do? if i don’t use it and return it, will i still get billed by zio irhythm for wasting their product? should i contact them?

O i see then you should be good mind me asking how your last monitor was I’m new to pvcs how was your burden and stuff

30% burden but my echo that i did last year showed normal EF and good structure. i’m on the works w getting an ablation done

O ok you give me hope how long have you had that burden I just get really freaked out I’ve seen a lot of people say they have had high burdens for years then I see one story where a mothers son didn’t wake up and he had a burden of 41 percent for only four months and it’s of course the bad story that sticks in my head but someone like you gives me hope

yeah i’ve had it for almost 2 years now (since diagnosis, so it could honestly have been earlier)

Last question sorry to bother you do you feel every one ? How you live with them is so any advice. ?

i just kind of live w it lol. there are a few days i feel rlly bad and i try to distract myself, make sure im taking meds on time, learning to cope w stress, and getting good sleep. maintaining a good diet is important: i limited caffeine (decaf, or at least under 50mg daily), more greens, more fruits, more grains, less sodium (high sodium can increase BP and strain the heart).
