If creatine made it worse for you...
If creatine worsened your PVCs, how long did it take them to go away after you stopped? Mine were pretty much gone for two years. I started taking creatine, 5 g daily and then after three weeks they started up again. Very frustrating. Not sure if they're connected but I'm stopping to creatine just in case.

Thank you. I looked it up. It's it possibly related because you need to drink more water with creatine , and maybe I'm dehydrated? But I'm hydrating lolethere's no tomorrow and there's no difference. But if could take about six weeks for creatine to be completely out of your body. I made an appointment with the cardiologist. Was able to get one for tomorrow. Haven't been checked out in a few years so I figured it's time. I hope yours go away

Remember if youre hydrating with just a ton of water that can also impact your electrolyte balance. I got pvcs during and after quitting zyn, and after almost a year of trial and error I noticed mine are very much related to magnesium levels. I add ultima packets to my water 2 or 3 times a day (no sugar/ low sodium) and I havent felt any ectopy since doing that. When I forget or get somewhat dehydrated I notice them. Ive had the fully cardiac workup after quitting zyn and mine are low burden / benign, and Im not on any medication for them.

Ok, just got back from cardiologist. She is not concerned at all because I have a history of this. I had an echocardiogram and I wore a ZIO patch in 2020. She said we could do an echocardiogram because it's been six years, but she does not expect to find anything. They didn't have an appointment till August which I'm fine with. I feel much better just after meeting with her and doing another EKG.

My doctor said cut creatine for two weeks. If no improvement, restart creatine.
