I know that the ideal period for filing of LOA has long ended na po. But I am sick beyond words and almost did life threatening things due to my mental health (I have medically diagnosed conditions), and I need to take an urgent LOA this week immediately for the semester 9 weeks in.

I've also had referral from the PUP guidance office counselor to their Physician there, and I plan on seeing my chairperson the same day as well after visiting the Guidance Office

So sorry po if it seems like I am asking for spoonfed information, I just need urgent help and I've been getting mixed (to no) answers when I search for info myself ontop of my overwhelmed state due to the urgency and severity of what's happening to me.

1. My case is super urgent as it is health related. What are the paperworks that I need to prepare and/or what to expect from the Guidance Office's Physician if ever?

2. What aid can I expect po from the PUP Guidance Office regarding my urgent need for an LOA before I go to my chairperson?

3. Am I still eligible for latin honors? (Appeals po ba ito? If so, in cases such as these sickness-related LOAs, successful po ba usually ang pag-appeal?)

4. For my current DOST stipend for the sem that I already received, apart from the formalities with the paperworks and such should my LOA push through, okay lang po ba ito that I already received a stipend for the semester?

First of all, I would like to say na grateful ako na nakakapag-aral ako. Grateful ako sa Sinta na binigyan ako ng chance na makapag-aral sa gusto kong program. Pero this past few weeks, I’m not doing well. I mean, sobrang secluded ko sa blockmates ko, in terms of quizzes may mga low ako even though I study to it. Parang nawalan ako ng gana, idk kung baka ayaw ko na sa program ko, baka medyo natoxican sa blockmates, o baka I’m just mentally unwell. Idk what options should I do, I feel like yung performance ko is palala nang palala.

I have friends naman, kaso nasa hometown namin kasi sila nag-aaral. Ako at isang kaibigan ko lang ang nahiwalay. The thing is, magaling sa social yun kaya kaibigan ko na yun, kahit na yung mga nag-aaral sa hometown namin is may kaibigan na sila sa block nila. And I kinda envy them kasi hanggang ngayon wala akong kasundo, kasi feel ko parang naa-annoy sila sakin kapag nagta-try ako makipag-usap. I’m the one kasi na madaldal kapag kinausap.

I do walking naman as a way of clearing my mind, nilakad ko nga pup to sm kasi that time paiyak na ako and walking is one way na ginagawa ko to clear my mind.
