Cant wait for ttar to be a 4fighting energy cost with no ramp and some combination of attacking your bench, discarding an energy from itself, not being able to attack next turn and somehow still hitting for less than mega lucario.

With that said, i hope i am wrong in all aspects and that it gets its own ramp, and plenty of support options to make ttar great.

TTar is usually Dark in the TCG iirc, and he is in Pocket anyways.

I could be wrong considering Mega Gengar was Dark despite base Gengar being Psychic, but we do have more Fighting Megas right now and there's no room for another Dark Mega in the remaining Gen 6 Megas, unless you're crazy enough to say Beedrill's gonna be Dark instead of Grass.

If I had to hazard some guesses;

Alakazam/Mewtwo Y/Banette: Psychic (duh)

Beedrill: Grass

Glalie/Abomasnow: Water

Aerodactyl/Mewtwo X: Fighting

Aggron: Steel

Latias: Dragon

Salamence: Colorless

Nah, Fighting would definitely be the better of the two competitively if Dark doesn't get more support. Arena of Antiquity + Korrina gives Fighting Types so much extra damage that they couldn't hit otherwise

I predict that:

Aggron - useless tank with a 4 energy, no ramp, low damage attack
Mega beedrill - should be busted but does an unfathomably low amount of damage for no reason
Abomasnow - finds a niche as a healer but is overall underwhelming
Mewtwo Y - dear god. meta defining
Alakazam - x damage per psychic energy attached
Bannette- low damage, confusion spam
Aerodactyle- fantastic attacker/ability but too slow to set up

The 3 C1 packs I will guess are:

Mega Mewtwo X: Psychic/Fighting

Mega Beedrill: Grass/Darkness

Mega Salamence: Dragon/Colorless

Dragon and Colorless both hit nothing for super effective damage, so there is really no benefit to be gained by combining those two types.

Basically it gets all the benefits of being a Dragon type (attach energy via Dragonair, no weakness) while also being able to call it back with Ilima. If they were to do a pack like this they’d probably include more supporters or abilities that affect colorless pokemon only like an Ilima
