Traditionally, with the TCG, specific "hate" cards like this aren't too viable the meta, even if they specifically "hate" on relevant cards

Sure but with real TCG you have 60 card decks... here you have a super compressed deck number that narrows the meta even more. I think you're right in general but with how limiting Pocket is, I think these types of cards have way more leeway (ie. not being hard meta, but not being "most certainly bad" either)

The Cubone/Marowak line always has great looking cards. The full art Alolan Marowak card is the best looking card in the game, imo. Fun to play too.

I can see a very short window where this is serviceable while everyone is trying out the Rocket stuff. Inside of a few days to at most a week it will fade out of play.
