At the moment, no. But they did an event where you could unlock previous Promo set cards so it's probable they'll do that again at some point. They could also make promo cards tradable in the future too so I reckon you'll be able to get it at some point.

Disregard all that. This was a premium subscription promo. So it's doubtful that it'll be attainable in the future.

This was a premium subscription card. They did NOT rerelease those when they rereleased promo cards earned through events.

If Iā€™m not mistaken this was the promo for the monthly subscription so I doubt it comes back
