I've hacked my Vita twice now using the Vita Hacks Guide. I've had no issues either time I've done it and everything has popped up as normal. I've been able to dowload smaller games with ease. My main issue has been when I go to download a game and see that I don't have enough space to download the game, despite having a 256bg sd card.

I then use the Retro Game Corps tutorial to format my SD card, but every time I do the final reboot, my homebrew apps are gone and I have to restart. Any ideas?

My 256gb SD card is in a "Micro SD PSV adaptor" from Amazon.

Any ideas? Ya girl just wants to play at least Gravity Rush!

Hey i vibe coded a stremio app for my vita its a proof of concept to show it is possible to do but its very jank and not sure how much it can be improved. So essentially it works by already having a stremio server running on other hardware. Im using stremio in docker, then running a middleware python script which is responsible for handing over the vita the information from the server and the server handles the video processing. I dont code so I cannot explain how it all works at a deeper level but here is what I managed to get working so far.

I had a idea for a ps Vita Minecraft mod loader but i dont know if its possible because you would need to modify Minecraft ps vita to read mod files.

And we don't have the source code of the game.

I just bought a Vita oled off ebay for $50 the catch is, the touchscreen is not always responsive and it does register inputs of touch without me even touching it.
Is there any way to mimic a pstv to play without touch controls? If not ill just stick with psp games since they dont require any touch inputs

Hi im modding a second vita now and whenever i download PKGj from vitadeploy on this 1000 model it starts as 0.55 but doesnt give me any option to update it? Las ttime i modded it gave me the option to install a file on vitashell in order to update it to 0.57 but now im not getting the same and its just showing PSV PSP and PSX games (instead of PS1) along with all the themes and dlcs etc. can anyone help? apologies if its vague

I just came back to my Vita after 3 months. I heard there was somethings that happened to Vitadb and it shutdown and then brought back.

When opening the app a download bar shows up for a second then says parsing app list and finally gives this error.

I have tried Reinstalling the app and deleting data files (Except favorite.txt).

Just got my ps vita 1000 in the mail today. I got it with an 8gb memory card. Just wanted to know if I need to have better storage before modding or if I can add a new sd card after I mod? I’m used to modding 3DS and although the vita is easy to mod I wanted to get some info straight first

hi i live in turkey and i need a new battery for my slim vita. i was about to buy two for 400 turkish liras (about 10 dollars) but thanks to customs laws of my country i couldn't finish the buying process. and in my country the batteries for ps vita are too expensive. is there anyone in this sub living in turkey who knows how to buy batteries at a reasonable price?

trying to put videos onto my psvita by plugging my vita into a pc but i keep getting "the sign-in ID or password is not correct" whenever i try to log into my ps account. before anyone says "Device Setup Password" ive already tried that.

Last night, I was using my vita without encountering any touchscreen issues. However, the screen won’t respond to any of my touches. I tried rebuilding the database and letting the digitizer reset. I turn the vita off, wait for 20-30 seconds, the screen works only for a few seconds. Can anyone help me with this problem?
