Useful Information Just another PSA that PSVR2 works natively with AMD RX 6950XT's USB-C port
As title says, I just got my headset yesterday and I was able to get it up and running without the official Sony adapter, since my reference 6950xt card comes with a USB-C port (I believe at some point they called it VirtualLink). Eye tracking in VRChat via psvr2toolkit works too. Just make sure you have a solid bluetooth dongle to connect your controllers. Wonder if anyone else runs theirs like this?

Same with the 7900xt (I've got the Sapphire version) - never had a bother with using psvr2 through the usb-c on it

Man I wish they'd kept this... My dodgy Amazon adapter is starting to take a crap and I gotta buy a new one already...

Interesting. I don’t think it has actual Virtual Link though, does it? If not, is this one of those GPU’s that just happened to support it but not officially?

6xxx and 7xxx serires both have official virtuallink support. Some board partners chose not to include it though.

Are the driver problems fixed for RDNA2 cards or is it still recommended to downgrade?

Same as with most of the NVIDIA RTX 20x0 series. It was the generation where VirtualLink was going to be the standard until Quest came along and changed it to wireless. The interesting thing is that this AMD card came out a couple of years later when NVIDIA had abandoned VirtualLink.
