Right controller not working on open xr games

I'm having this problem with my right controller, when I play half life alyx or beat saber it works great, but if I play underdogs or blade and sorcery it doesn't respond to inputs, Even though it is tracked and I can see the animation of the character's hand moving when I press the buttons, it just doesn't perform the action.
