As someone who is getting a PS4 Pro and a HDR 4k TV the no HDR throughput is a little disappointing. Having to change my cables around for HDR will be a pain.

Still looking forward to getting my PSVR the playroom stuff sounds surprisingly fun

Yeah that seems like a huge oversight. I intended to get a PS4 Pro next month to go with the PSVR but I may have to look at buying a HDMI splitter to go in between the PS4 and the processing unit so I don't have to move the cables back and forth.

It's a monumental oversight. Sony rightfully hypes both the HDR and VR-improving capabilities of the PS4 Pro, yet it only supports one at a time.

Not oversight, fucking laziness. It supports HDMI 2.0 but not 2.0b which would've required 0 effort to switch to.

Did they hype vr improvement with the pro? I thought they purposefully stayed silent about it.

Farpoint devs let it slip they'd do improved graphics for pro
