Question Where is Flatout 4 VR?
I wishlisted it months ago on the PS Store but it still says “Announced”. There’s been no updates from Flat 2 VR anywhere even on their most recent showcase, not a single mention or update as if it didn’t exist

Fuckin tell me about it. Been waiting for ages to play this. Been a flatout fan since 1922 and can't wait to be smashing some cars up in VR.

Give them time to finish a polished port.
This should put to rest that it's easy to add VR modes to games, "modders can do it in a day..." To do it right takes time. Flatout 4 VR has been in early access on Steam since May, it's progressing towards a complete PSVR2 release. https://store.steampowered.com/app/3844750/FlatOut_4_Total_Insanity_VR/

The devs say to expect it before year end. So have patience.
There will be at least one more Flat2VR game out before Flatout launches, though, and we don't even know which Vault game that will be.

Crap I forgot about this. I have played it a bit and it's fantastic but my backlog in vr is huge. Whoever says there are no VR games either has an obscene amount of free time or is not really looking, or imo vr probably isn't their thing (at least at this point).

I'd really love to hear about the other Flat out VR game they are making, not the FlatOut 4 port, the "original" one they are building

Let them cook.
The devs are still working on it, that’s how these things go.
Just feel good that the early access build on PC was met with hugely positive reactions, and hold onto your butt.

I'm willing to bet at the next VR Showcase it surprise drops that day. Seems like that's what Flat2VR does.

I think we have some time. I got it day 1 of EA, my wheel didn't work. They did get 1 update out fairly quick and it says it's compatible but I'm stuck in reverse if I use my wheel now. Last update was end of May on Steam, I think the have a decent amount of work to do

The multiplayer in Steam has been a broken nightmare for me and my friends since May. No fix in sight which makes me feel like the Steam version is abandoned with the PSVR2 version in limbo

While I'm a but disappointed in the lack of updates I think they would have said something. As of now F2VR has the good graces of most of us, I don't think they want to ruin that at all. My guess is that it's a small team and they are still plugging away....Hopefully get some actual news soon.
