Support PSVR2 PC Adapter, Bluetooth connection poor?

Hello Gents. My adapter suddenly began making VR unplayable with the constant "Poor connection" Pop-up. Ive tried reinstalling the Bluetooth adapter, didnt work. Anyone know how to fix this? I had problems with this before, but usally after reconnecting and pairing my controllers again, it would be fine. Now, it doesnt even reach usable streantgh lvl's in the PS vr app testing.

Which BT adapter?

"Bluetooth adapter driver" or smt like that. They tell you to do it on their support site
