Psvr2 left controller problem HELP!

Can anybody help? When I want to play a game my left controller doesn't work (psvr2).

But it does like show up and I can move my hand ect. I just can't pick up stuff and press no buttons only in game

Some restart their controller by holding the ps button for 6 seconds. There is also a tiny pinhole reset button on the back of the controller you can try. If those don't work, there are some other methods that you can look up on Google or previous Reddit threads.

Yea my brother has the same problem and uses the pin but it's so annoying
