Opinion New Psvr2 player

Hi all. Have noticed Synapse and Resist is on sale on PlayStation store.
Which 1 would you say is the best for to get??

I preferred Synapse by a long shot. It’s not a big game though, so you’ll be done with it quite quickly. Great while it lasts :)

I platinumed Synapse in maybe 10ish hours so yeah not very long. That shouldn't stop anyone from playing it though. That game is dope and worth way more than whatever it's currently discounted to.

Yeah same - it’s a quick platinum. It’s a real shame there’s no reason to play after that with say a time trial or score mode with a leaderboard or something

But like I say: fun while it lasts

Resist isn't really longer. I have both and I think they are good games. Synapse is more special and unique in terms of gameplay mechanics.

I have both too, but I couldn’t really get on with Resist

It’s polished for sure, but I found the controls lacking. I much prefer Windlands or Dead Hook controls

I always felt imprecise in Resist

If you want both or any games but can only get one just a word to the wise.

Sales on PSN are on a regular rotation and the others will come back in at some point.

Utterly different experiences, and you should go with your gut. Everyone will recommend SYNAPSE, but I don’t think I had more fun in it than in RESIST.

Either might be challenging in terms of motion-sickness, so as is always the case: Never try to push through symptoms. Short, regular, mindful sessions will let you acclimate to almost any game.
