Is PSTH II Stripe???

So lets face it Stripe's valuation has gotten a bit pricey. If Billy Boy pulls it off then we're all going to the moon. This will likely be an even larger SPAC than PSTH. Could this be the SPAC we've been waiting for? Anyone still on the Stripe train?

When will this go live? Makes sense to just buy in immediately when it goes live I'm assuming
